I’m Jason, the person behind Jay’s Websites.
I’ve been working with technology since the 1990s, back when floppy disks were part of everyday life and computers felt a lot less friendly than they do now.
I got my start at a short-term computer rental company, then spent more than 10 years as Director of Technical Services for a small software company.
Over the years, I’ve done IT work, technical support, customer service, training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for more hours than I can count.
These days, I help small businesses build clear, useful websites. I also help with IT and telecom consulting, AI and ChatGPT training, and practical tech guidance explained in plain English.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping someone see that tech can actually make life easier.
